Our Early Years programme provides a nurturing, joyful space where children explore, create and grow through hands-on experiences that are guided by curiosity and care. Rooted in the IB Philosophy and inspired by educational pioneers like Dewey, Montessori and Reggio Emilia, our approach is experiential and deeply child-centered. We believe learning happens when children are heard and trusted to lead their own journeys.
Block play is central to our day. Children build structures inspired by their lives and imaginations, practicing early math, engineering and collaboration through hands-on design. In the process, they engage in problem-solving. With minimal teacher direction, they lead their own learning and this hands-on work nurtures spatial intelligence.
Gardening, water play, nature walks and cooking foster observation and discovery. Learning happens through the senses and through doing.
Wide selection of books, frequent read-alouds and student discussions build confidence in verbal and early written expression.
Using manipulatives like beads, rods, and cubes, children explore numbers and logic through play and everyday routines. Sorting leaves and measuring water becomes part of how math comes alive.
Daily tasks like folding, organizing, and classroom jobs build agency and care – for self, others and shared spaces.
Art, music, movement and drama are part of everyday learning and self-expression.They develop the voice and confidence to express who they are.
Our campus invites movement. Children climb, balance, and explore living landscapes that build strength and support gross motor development. Through focused play, they also refine fine motor control and hand-eye coordination.
In Early Years 1 and 2, children step out into the world to visit local community spaces. These real-world experiences spark inquiry and inspire meaningful stories and connections.
