Himani Dalmia


Infant & Child Sleep Specialist | Gentle Parenting Advocate

Delhi, India

Himani Dalmia is a certified infant and child sleep specialist, co-author of Sleeping Like A Baby: The Art and Science of Gentle Baby Sleep (Penguin Random House), and co-founder of Gentle Baby Sleep India, one of the largest peer support groups for parents. She is also a postgraduate researcher at the Durham Infancy & Sleep Centre, University of Durham, and a Leader at La Leche League, the world’s largest non-profit for breastfeeding awareness.

With a background in journalism and entrepreneurship, Himani brings exceptional communication skills and a deep ability to connect with parents. She guides families toward biologically normal, child-led sleep practices that prioritize well-being and bonding, steering clear of conventional sleep training or “cry it out” methods.

Her work includes collaborations with psychologists, pediatricians, nutritionists, and lactation consultants, as well as workshops, research, and parent outreach programs. Recognized as a thought leader in her field, Himani regularly contributes to the media through articles, interviews, and public talks.

Sushweta Saha


Speech & Language Therapist | Early Literacy Specialist

Hyderabad, India

Sushweta Saha is a speech and language therapist with over 10 years of experience working with children in India and the US. She holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in speech and language rehabilitation, with a strong focus on developmental delays, early communication, and literacy.

Her career includes work with the NYC Early Intervention program for children aged 0–3, where she focused on strengthening parent skills and building early speech and language abilities. She has also supported children with language difficulties in the Philadelphia school district. In India, she led the Parent Infant Program at the National Institute for the Hearing Handicapped in Mumbai, working with children with multiple handicaps, training teachers, and collaborating with pediatricians and Anganwadi workers at Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi.

Rooted in her belief that communication is a two-way process, Sushweta prioritizes working closely with families to both understand and address delays. She extends this philosophy by supporting early literacy skills, helping children become confident, expressive communicators.
